After 33 years in business – and almost 18 years trading at 237 Cuba Street – it is with very mixed feelings that I have decided to close Minerva – and retire. I would like to salute you, our brilliant Minerva customers, for making this shop the place it has become. Thank you all for shopping here!

Our physical store is now closed, our online store is currently open and we are shipping orders on Tuesday and Friday each week.

NZ Nationwide shipping ranges from $8-$10

New Zealand

We ship nationwide with CourierPost, target delivery is overnight to urban areas. Please add 1-2 days for rural delivery or at peak holiday times.

Once your order has been packed, we will email you with tracking details. We are shipping orders twice a week on Tuesday and Friday. 

 Please note, we are not responsible for any delivery delays once your order has been collected from our store.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy on all full priced items, please contact us by email on [email protected] or phone us instore 027 2088818 to start your return.

No returns or exchanges can be offered on magazines or sale items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping will be at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues

We use robust waterproof packaging to ensure that your purchase is protected in transit but accidents happen so please check your order and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can rectify this.
