Nationwide shipping within New Zealand via CourierPost Target delivery is overnight to urban areas. Please add 1-2 days for rural delivery or at peak holiday times.
Shipping rates
A4 satchel – fits 1-3 magazines, a single book, cards, and threads: $5
Medium satchel – fits 2 or more books: $7
Calendars: $10
Free freight on orders over $100
All orders placed before noon (weekdays) will be shipped on the same day. Weekend orders will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping to Australia
We use NZ Post for Australian shipping however due to COVID 19 related delays, we currently estimate delivery times at 4-5 weeks. If you wish to purchase and are happy to accept these delays, please email us on [email protected] and we will advise shipping costs.
Click and Collect
Please allow an hour for us to get your order ready on weekdays. We will send you an email to advise that your order is ready for collection from Minerva, 237 Cuba Street, Wellington. We are open 10am – 4pm weekdays. For click and collect weekend orders, please call us on 0800 478 458.
Returns
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return on all full priced items. No returns or exchanges can be offered on magazines or sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email us at [email protected]. Return shipping will be at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Damages and issues
We use robust waterproof packaging to ensure that your purchase is protected in transit but accidents happen so please check your order and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can rectify this.
